Intersection Technologies Inc. – F&I Express® (ITI) is seeking a Customer Support Representative for our F&I Express Division in our Grapevine, Texas office. We are located in the heart of downtown Grapevine surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shopping. F&I Express was voted one of the Best Places to Work in 2017 by the Dallas Business Journal. The Customer Support Representative is primarily responsible for the successful installation, training and communication with new customers, and will also serve as support once they are live customers on our platform. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Requirements of Lender Support Representative: Effectively handle phone calls and emails from customer who are experiencing problems with our product Self-starter, proactive and detailed-oriented, with great communication and listening skills. Help customers by providing answers to questions about our software applications. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language to colleagues and customers alike. Organized with an attention to detail and strong multi-tasking ability. Maintain positive relationships with customers. Exemplary attendance and punctuality. Experience Required: Knowledge of Mac/PC, Windows OS, iOS. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Works well with little supervision. Desired: Automotive industry experience/Lender experience Bachelors/Associate degree Telesales experience/aptitude.
