Intersection Technologies Inc. – F&I Express® (ITI) is seeking a Customer Support Representative for our Dealer Desk in our Grapevine, Texas office. The Dealer Desk Support Representative will work with automotive dealers, aftermarket product providers, F&I general agencies and auto lenders who use our products. The Dealer Desk Support Representative is primarily responsible for the successful installation, training and support of new customers, and will also serve as the key point of support for customers once they are live on our products. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Requirements Strong customer service orientation. Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language to colleagues and customers alike. Experience Required: Knowledge of Mac/PC, Windows OS, iOS. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Desired: Automotive industry experience. Bachelors/Associate degree. Telesales experience/aptitude.
